An economist by training, an artist at heart, a forward-looking technologist, and a committed philanthropist, Dr. Kaustubh Sonalkar is an internationally regarded board advisor, transformation strategist, and human-capital architect. Dr. Sonalkar has worked within conglomerates with revenues ranging from US$10 billion to US$52 billion and has played a leadership role in over US$21 billion in cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He has architected people ecosystems spanning 65,000+ employees, driven productivity gains, embedded ESG principles into operating frameworks, and established succession architectures ensuring leadership continuity in complex multinational environments.

He is a national best-selling author with four published books, a music composer, a state-level cricketer who represented India at the Under-19 level, and a former Miss India judge.
